We will endeavor to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs, we will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.

The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from studioauteur.co.uk, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details.

 

All products offered for sale by Studio Auteur are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. The price we charge is that displayed on our Website at the time of ordering. Although we endeavor to maintain accurate prices, we reserve the right to correct a price if an error has been made. You will be entitled to either accept the new price or cancel and accept a refund. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before dispatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed by a secure Payment Provider. The registered address of the card holder is required in order to validate the transaction.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our workshop.
